Internship - Developer, Blockchain

Job Summary:
We are offering a Developer Internship focused on Blockchain Applications for a person with strong skills who can support development activities across our stack - building backend tooling, connectors to on-chain systems, and data pipelines that feed our DeFi yielding strategies and inform capital deployment decisions. This position is part of a small and dynamic team, with the ability to shape and impact technical decisions and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Backend Tooling and Services in Rust
• Work closely with the Yielding team to develop strategies
• Build connectors to Smart Contract systems
• Support the team with insights and best practices

Key Requirements:

• Software development experience, including in Rust
• Experience in the Ethereum ecosystem
• Experience with Solana VM and Rust-based smart contracts is a plus
• Familiarity with Rust Ethereum libraries (ethers, alloy, foundry)
• Entrepreneurial mindset - independent, flexible, and self-directed.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented; strong work ethic and team player.
• Use of AI tools/knowledge of how to utilize them to maximize efficiency.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Solana VM and Rust-based smart contracts.
• Familiarity with Rust Ethereum libraries (ethers, alloy, foundry).
• Experience with machine learning and statistical analysis methods.
• Knowledge of database software tools, quantitative analysis, and data visualization.
• Solidity experience or smart-contract reading ability.
• Advanced data visualization skills.
