Blockchain Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Blockchain Developer to join our team full-time. The role is focused on blockchain applications — building backend tooling, connectors to on-chain systems, and data pipelines that feed our DeFi yield strategies and inform capital deployment decisions. You will be part of a small, dynamic team with real influence over technical decisions and direction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Backend Tooling and Services in Rust
• Work closely with the Yielding and Quant team to develop strategies
• Optimize for low latency and inclusion of high throughput EVM transactions
• Support the team with insights and best practices

Key Requirements:

• 3 years professional software development experience
• 2 years professional Rust experience
• 1-2 years of experience in the Ethereum ecosystem
• Experience with EVM and Solidity smart contracts is a plus
• Familiarity with Rust Ethereum libraries (alloy, foundry)
• Entrepreneurial, self motivated and driven
• Strong work ethic and team player
• Based in Swizterland and able to work from our office in Zug full time
