Blockchain Developer

Dialectic, a crypto-native organization of builders and capital allocators, is seeking a Blockchain Developer with senior-level financial services and fund operations experience to take ownership of the firm’s global financial control, accounting, corporate finance and fund operations functions. Job Summary:
We are offering a Developer role focused on Blockchain Applications for a person with strong skills who can perform various development activities across our stack for internal projects. This position offers an exciting role as part of a dynamic team, with the ability to shape and impact the technical decisions and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Backend Tooling and Services in Rust
- Work closely with the Yielding and Quant team to develop strategies
- Optimize for low latency and inclusion of high-throughput EVM transactions
- Support the team with insights and best practices
Key Requirements:
- 3 years of professional software development experience
- 2 years of professional Rust experience
- 1-2 years of experience in the Ethereum ecosystem
- Experience with EVM and Solidity smart contracts is a plus
- Familiarity with Rust Ethereum libraries (alloy, foundry)
- Entrepreneurial, self motivated and driven
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Based in Swizterland and able to work from our office in Zug full time
