Dialectic, a crypto-native organization of builders and capital advisors, is seeking a Infrastructure and Security, Blockchain professional to join the team on a full-time basis. Job Summary:
We are offering an Infrastructure and Security Position for a person with strong DevOps skills who can both manage and expand our in-house infrastructure and design and implement strong security practices around access management, key storage and secure execution.

The candidate needs a strong sense of autonomy and responsibility to identify opportunities, make decisions on infrastructure and tools to best suit the company's needs and drive organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set-up & maintain all cloud and server infrastructure for all internal projects
• Develop CI/CD process for deployment o Kubernetes cluster
• Develop scripts and Docker containers to enhance developer efficiency
• Enhance Dev Ops automation features e.g. by creating pipelines
• Lead internal security and OpSec projects
• Design and Implement Security processes and architecture
• Advise and assist wider Development team on best practices

Key Requirements:

• Strong DevOps experience (min. 3 years)
• Strong Security experience (min 2 years)
• Experience with Blockchain systems like Nodes, RPCs and Smart Contract environments
• Entrepreneurial, self-disciplined, detail-oriented, and strong ability to adapt and evolve
• Development experience in modern languages, ideally Rust
• Independent and autonomous problem solver
• Good understanding of the blockchain space, ideally a strong understanding of DeFi mechanisms is a plus
