Junior CNC Operator

Wallingford UK

At Dexory, we’re building cutting-edge robotics and software that are transforming global logistics — and we’re looking for driven, hands-on individuals to be part of it.

This isn’t just a job. This is your opportunity to turn theory into real-world skills and start building a career in precision engineering.

We have a new Junior CNC Operator Opportunity based at our Wallingford site (5 days per week) and are looking for:

  • Someone practical, detail-focused, and eager to learn
  • A team player with a proactive attitude
  • Curiosity about how things are made — and how to make them better

If you’ve studied engineering (or similar) and want to develop real-world skills, this role is the perfect starting point. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, learning how to operate advanced CNC machines and produce precision components that power next-generation robotics.

What you’ll get:

  • Hands-on experience with industry-leading CNC machines
  • Training in reading engineering drawings and measuring parts
  • Exposure to cutting-edge manufacturing and robotics
  • A fast-paced environment where your ideas matter
  • Clear progression into more advanced technical roles

*We value the right attitude, humility and we're as interested in your character as we are in your talent. Please apply, even if you feel you only meet part of our listed criteria. Diversity drives innovation and we offer an international and friendly work environment with an energetic company culture.
