As a key member of the International Team, the International Business Transformation Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and business model transformations within the International Distributor markets. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and implementing innovative business strategies while ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
The successful candidate will possess strong cross-cultural competence, the ability to manage complex business environments, and experience working across varied international business models.

• Develop and execute international distributor growth initiatives in alignment with company strategy.
• Lead targeted business transformation projects
• Continuously identify and assess additional transformational opportunities to drive growth.
• Conduct route-to-market analysis and market entry studies to evaluate new business opportunities.
• Develop and present financial models to support short- and long-term revenue and profit objectives.
• Deliver a P&L business case for each proposed initiative.
• Collaborate with the International Planning Director to analyse pricing, margins, and financial forecasts.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, cash flow, supply chain, and funding forecasts for strategic initiatives.
• Lead scenario planning, business model innovation, and market strategy development.
• Define and propose alternative distributor models (e.g., JV, service, rebate models) for executive consideration.
• Develop and document streamlined project management processes for strategic initiatives.
• Present strategic plans and business cases to Executive Management for review and approval.
• Operate effectively in multi-cultural environments, adapting strategies to local business customs, regulatory landscapes, and market dynamics.
• Manage the complexity of international markets, balancing strategic priorities with operational execution across different regions.

• Proven experience in business transformation, market expansion, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Expertise in P&L management, financial modelling, and forecasting.
• Ability to manage complexity and diverse business models across multiple international markets.
• Experience working in cross-cultural environments with the ability to adapt business strategies to different cultural and regulatory contexts.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments within a corporate structure.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
• Adaptability to operate in an agile, fast-changing business environment.
