Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Content

• Create social media, marketing, recruitment, employer branding, leadership, event, and campaign creatives.
• Develop visual concepts and translate marketing ideas into engaging designs.
• Create presentations, infographics, illustrations, brand assets, and marketing collateral.
• Maintain consistency in brand language, visual quality, and creative execution across channels.
• Develop creative assets aligned with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
  
  Video & Motion Design

Edit and create reels, short-form videos, motion graphics, animations, and other video content.

• Create engaging visual storytelling for digital and social media platforms.
• Contribute to storyboarding, visual direction, and creative ideation.
• Use motion and video to bring marketing campaigns and brand stories to life.
  
  Creative Collaboration
  
  
  Work closely with the Marketing and Design teams to understand the objective behind campaigns and communications.
• Go beyond execution by contributing to concept development and creative direction.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers on relevant digital design projects.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate designs while maintaining quality and consistency.

  Creative Technology & AI
  
  

AI is an important part of our creative workflow.

You will use AI tools across ideation, image generation, image editing, video generation, visual exploration, enhancement, and content production.

The goal is to use AI meaningfully to make the creative process faster, scale content production, explore new ideas, and improve execution.

Experience with AI-powered creative tools is a strong advantage. More importantly, we are looking for someone who is curious, experimental, and quick to adopt new tools and workflows.

Required Technical Skills

Design & Creative Tools

• Adobe Photoshop – Image manipulation, compositing, retouching
• Adobe Illustrator – Vector design, illustration, and brand assets
• Adobe After Effects – Motion graphics, animation, and visual effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro – Video editing, reels, and short-form content
• Figma – Layouts, digital design, and collaboration
• Canva – Marketing and social media creatives

AI & Emerging Creative Tools

• Experience with AI-powered creative and design tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-based image generation, image editing, video generation, and creative ideation.
• Ability to experiment with emerging tools and incorporate them into creative workflows.
  
  

Experience Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Strong freshers with exceptional portfolios are welcome.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, colour, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Good hands-on ability in graphic design with working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
• Ability to understand a creative brief and translate the underlying objective into an appropriate visual approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal hand-holding.
  
  

Portfolio Requirements

Your portfolio is an important part of the application.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating design versatility.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media content.
• Exposure to UI/UX or digital product design.
• Experience using AI tools as part of the creative workflow.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple creative requirements and meet deadlines.

Curiosity and willingness to learn new design and AI technologies.
