We are seeking a versatile and accomplished Senior Full Stack Developer who thrives at the intersection of elegant user experiences and powerful backend systems. This role is for a technical polyglot who can architect complete solutions—from React-powered interfaces to AI-driven Python backends—and lead teams in building cohesive, production-ready applications that deliver exceptional value to our clients. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable crafting performant Next.js applications and designing scalable FastAPI services. You'll be the technical bridge between frontend and backend teams, ensuring seamless integration, consistent best practices, and end-to-end delivery excellence across our consulting engagements.

• Architect and deliver full-stack solutions using React/Next.js on the frontend and Python/FastAPI on the backend
• Build responsive, accessible React applications that consume and visualize data from Python-based APIs and services
• Develop robust FastAPI backends with authentication, authorization, database integration, and real time capabilities
• Create interactive applications for rapid prototyping and data-driven client demonstrations
• Lead technical design sessions, making strategic decisions on architecture, technology choices, and integration patterns
• Mentor both frontend and backend developers, conducting comprehensive code reviews across the entire stack
• Engage directly with clients to understand end-to-end requirements and translate them into cohesive technical solutions
• Establish and champion full-stack best practices including API design, state management, testing strategies, and deployment workflows
• Optimize application performance across the stack—from database queries to API responses to frontend rendering
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end automation
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment strategies
• Research emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability across both frontend and backend domains
• Facilitate technical knowledge sharing between frontend and backend specialists to build T-shaped skillsets across the team. 

 

Full-Stack Expertise:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with production applications spanning frontend and backend
• Proven ability to make architectural decisions that balance frontend performance, backend scalability, and business value
• Strong understanding of how frontend and backend systems integrate, including API design, authentication flows, and data synchronization
• Experience leading full-stack projects from conception through deployment and maintenance 

Frontend Mastery:

• Expert-level proficiency in React including hooks, context API, performance optimization, and advanced patterns
• Deep expertise in Next.js covering App Router, Server Components, SSR/SSG, API routes, and deployment strategies
• Mastery of modern JavaScript/TypeScript with strong understanding of ES6+ features and type safety
• Strong experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, React Query, or Context API)
• Expertise in modern CSS approaches (Tailwind CSS, CSS-in-JS, or CSS Modules) with deep understanding of responsive design
• Proficiency in frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress).

Backend Mastery:

• Expert-level proficiency in Python with strong understanding of async programming and performance optimization
• Advanced FastAPI development including dependencies, middleware, background tasks, WebSockets, and security
• Experience with Streamlit for rapid prototyping and data application development
• Strong understanding of database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Knowledge of API security, authentication patterns (JWT, OAuth, Azure AD), and authorization frameworks. 

DevOps & Infrastructure:

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and modern deployment strategies
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and collaborative development practices
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

Soft Skills & Leadership:

• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate across technical and business audiences
• Proven track record of mentoring developers and fostering collaboration between frontend and backend teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities with pragmatic approach to balancing technical excellence and delivery timelines
• Experience in consulting or client-services environments is highly valued
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with evolving technology landscapes.
