About the Role: Senior Consultant – Business Analyst 

We’re seeking a strategic, AI-savvy Product Leader with strong business and 
technical acumen. This person will own the product roadmap, drive vision, 
translate complex problems into actionable requirements, lead cross-functional 
teams, and deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions aligned with business goals. 

Additional Requirements: 

• Educational Background: Candidate must have a Computer Science degree 
+ MBA. 
• Cloud Exposure: Must have been involved in projects built on cloud 
platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. 
• Domain Exposure: Healthcare industry background is highly preferred. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Own and continuously refine the product backlog and roadmap; prioritize 
initiatives based on strategic value, risk, dependencies, and measurable 
outcomes. 
• Drive and communicate product vision, strategy, and success metrics, 
ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term growth 
objectives. 
• Lead complex requirements discovery, documentation, and impact analysis 
across large-scale initiatives. 
• Influence senior stakeholders through clear, confident communication; 
articulate trade-offs and drive alignment across business and technology 
teams. 
• Apply business analysis frameworks, agile product management practices, 
and enterprise stakeholder management skills. 
• Possess strong working knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models, 
and AI-driven product features. 
• Define sophisticated AI and analytics requirements; interpret insights and 
translate business strategy into scalable AI use cases. 
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, QA, 
data, GenAI/ML, architecture, and business leadership to deliver high
impact outcomes. 
• Translate complex business challenges into epics, features, user stories, 
and acceptance criteria for efficient and predictable delivery. 
• Oversee testing, validation, and release readiness to ensure solutions meet 
business objectives, quality standards, and user expectations.
