About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Frontend Developer who is passionate about building outstanding user experiences and establishing frontend excellence across our organization. This role is for a technical leader who doesn't just write code but shapes how we build modern web applications—setting standards, mentoring teams, and delivering pixel-perfect, performant solutions that delight our clients. The ideal candidate is a React and Next.js expert who brings deep knowledge of frontend architecture, performance optimization, accessibility standards, and modern development workflows. You'll be the go-to person for best practices and will elevate the quality of our frontend delivery across all projects.

Job responsibilities

• Architect and build sophisticated web applications using React and Next.js with focus on performance, scalability, and user experience
• Establish and champion frontend best practices including code standards, design patterns, and development workflows across the organization
• Lead the technical direction of frontend projects, making strategic decisions on architecture, state management, and tool
• Mentor and upskill frontend and full-stack developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing sessions
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible implementations
• Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure solution alignment with business goals
• Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, SSR/SSG strategies, and modern Next.js capabilities
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing
• Drive adoption of modern development practices including TypeScript, component driven development, and design systems
• Research and evaluate emerging frontend technologies, contributing to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Facilitate technical workshops and create documentation to elevate team capabilities and establish standards 

Job requirements

• 5+ years of frontend development experience with a strong portfolio of production applications
• Expert-level proficiency in React including hooks, context, performance optimization, and advanced patterns
• Deep expertise in Next.js covering App Router, Server Components, SSR/SSG, API routes, and deployment optimization
• Mastery of modern JavaScript/TypeScript with strong understanding of ES6+ features and type safety principles
• Proven track record of implementing and championing frontend best practices across teams and projects
• Strong experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, React Query, or Context API)
• Expertise in CSS-in-JS, Tailwind CSS, or CSS Modules with deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility
• Extensive experience with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Turbopack)
• Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress)
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and SEO best practices
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and maintaining UI consistency at scale
• Knowledge of backend integration patterns, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and authentication flows
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and collaborative development practices
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, Azure) and modern deployment strategies
• Background in consulting or client-services environments is highly valued
• Passion for mentoring, teaching, and elevating team capabilities.
