About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant – Business Analyst to join our team and drive strategic, AI-enabled business solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the capability to translate business needs into actionable products and technical requirements. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Job responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis, including problem identification, requirements gathering, documentation, and solution evaluation. 
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision making.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear, structured verbal and written communication.
• Utilize BA tools, methodologies, and frameworks to ensure accurate requirement translation and effective project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, QA, Data, Generative AI / ML teams, and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with technical teams to design solutions aligned with business requirements and product strategy.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, product requirements, workflows, and actionable deliverables.
• Participate in solution testing, validation, and UAT to ensure that deliverables meet business objectives. 
• Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog and sprints to maintain alignment with the product vision and roadmap. 
• Support the definition of AI/data-driven features and convert business problems into practical AI use cases.
• Showcase full ownership of tasks, driving accountability, timelines, and quality of outcomes.
• Contribute to product vision and strategy, ensuring clear communication across teams.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and requirements analysis skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a confident, professional personality.
• Proficient in business analysis tools, methodologies, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models, and AI-driven product features.
• Comfortable working with data and analytics, with the ability to define AI/data-driven feature requirements and translate business needs into practical AI use cases.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, QA, data, GenAI/ML teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive tasks to completion.
• Experience working closely with technical teams to design solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Capability to translate business needs into clear user stories, product requirements, workflows, and actionable deliverables.
• Hands-on participation in testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business goals.
• Experience in defining and prioritizing product backlogs and sprints, ensuring alignment with product vision and strategy.
• Strong understanding of product vision, strategy, and effective communication of goals across teams.
