About the role

The QA/Test Engineer will validate different functionalities of the platform including APIs, data ingestion pipelines, backend services, infrastructure components, Azure services to ensure the end to end platform is robust and secure

Job responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans for all components
• Automate API and data testing
• Perform security, performance, and integration testing
• Work closely with data engineers, API developers, and stakeholders to execute test cases

Job requirements

• Create detailed test cases covering platform, infra, data, and APIs
• Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, and Azure API Management
• Develop data validation scripts (PySpark/Python/SQL)
• Automate testing and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
• Implement data quality checks and recommend Azure-compatible testing tools
• Conduct unit, integration, performance, and UAT testing
• Document and share test results with stakeholders
