About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MDM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions that align with business goals. This individual will play a key role in architecting robust data strategies, enhancing data quality, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive Master Data Management strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for critical data domains.

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement data quality standards and industry best practices.

• Architect and implement data integration workflows and ETL processes to support master data synchronization.

• Design and implement operational and analytical MDM solutions using platforms like Informatica or Profisee.

• Configure complex matching algorithms, survivorship rules, and data quality validations.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand master data use cases and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Partner with IT teams to align MDM solutions with technical architecture and system integration requirements.

• Facilitate data stewardship programs and conduct training sessions for business users on data management best practices.

• Create and maintain data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and metadata repositories.

• Present MDM initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Job requirements

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or similar roles.

• Strong expertise with MDM platforms such as Informatica, Profisee, or equivalent.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.

• Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and dimensional modeling concepts.

• Experience with data integration tools and ETL development.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, especially related to data services.

• Hands-on experience with data governance tools like Microsoft Purview, Collibra, or Informatica.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
