About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MDM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions that align with business goals. This individual will play a key role in architecting robust data strategies, enhancing data quality, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Job responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive Master Data Management strategies aligned with business objectives.

Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for critical data domains.

Lead cross-functional teams to implement data quality standards and industry best practices.

Architect and implement data integration workflows and ETL processes to support master data synchronization.

Design and implement operational and analytical MDM solutions using platforms like Informatica or Profisee.

Configure complex matching algorithms, survivorship rules, and data quality validations.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand master data use cases and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Partner with IT teams to align MDM solutions with technical architecture and system integration requirements.

Facilitate data stewardship programs and conduct training sessions for business users on data management best practices.

Create and maintain data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and metadata repositories.

Present MDM initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Job requirements

6–8 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or similar roles.

Strong expertise with MDM platforms such as Informatica, Profisee, or equivalent.

Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.

Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and dimensional modeling concepts.

Experience with data integration tools and ETL development.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, especially related to data services.

Hands-on experience with data governance tools like Microsoft Purview, Collibra, or Informatica.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
