About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant -Product Ownership and PreSales(BA) to join our team. As a Senior Consultant -Product Ownership and PreSales(BA), you will be responsible for leading Requirement workshops, project delivery and managing client interactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business analysis, consulting, and extensive experience with Microsoft technologies. Additionally, the Senior Consultant -Product Ownership and PreSales(BA) should be ready to travel for short-term and long-term engagements as required

Job responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their problem areas and requirements, and providing effective solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define workshop strategy, project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Serve as the product/solution owner and take full ownership and accountability for delivery.

• Act as the principal conduit for managing system requirements between business stakeholders and the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct requirement workshops with stakeholders, draft business requirement documents, functional specifications, and user stories, and obtain client sign-off.

• Create and interpret use case diagrams, business flow diagrams, and contribute to UX design.

• Lead demo sessions with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine solutions.

• Engage in functional testing of the solution and ensure product/solution quality as the final gatekeeper.

• Manage UAT and Go-Live phases through close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Leverage expertise in Microsoft technologies to architect and implement solutions that meet client expectations.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing project success.

• Lead business unit–level initiatives to introduce industry best practices and enhance delivery efficiency.

• Drive Pre-Sales and RFP responses, contributing to proposal creation, resource planning, solution approach, timelines, and commercials.

• Conduct capability showcase and solution walkthrough sessions for prospective clients as part of presales efforts.

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance solution offerings.

• Be flexible and open to travel for short- and long-term client engagements as required.

Job requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience with a proven track record in project delivery and client engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA/PGDBM in Marketing, Operations, Systems, or IT preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in project management and consulting roles across diverse industries.

• Strong exposure to projects involving Microsoft technologies and ecosystems.

• Hands-on experience with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interactions.

• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Team player with a positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude.
