About the role: 
As a Gaming Specialist, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of our online casino platform. You will be responsible for testing and maintaining the website, updating casino content, supporting promotions and tournaments, and monitoring campaign and customer activity. You will also analyze competitor offerings and work closely with different teams to identify opportunities to improve the overall gaming experience.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
•    Conduct daily tests and perform regular maintenance of websites to ensure smooth functionality and a high-quality user experience.
•    Update and maintain casino content, including games, casino features, and other relevant website elements.
•    Coordinate and execute marketing activities, network promotions, and tournaments.
•    Follow up on campaign performance and review results to identify opportunities for improvement.
•    Conduct regular competitor analysis to monitor market trends, new game launches and promotions.
•    Monitor and analyze customer activity to identify trends and insights.

Who You Are:
•    Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
•    Exhibit excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
•    Very good Excel skills, with the ability to work confidently with data, reports, and performance analysis.
•    Attention to detail, with a careful and accurate approach to monitoring games, content, and day-to-day operational activities.
•    Pro-active and enthusiastic to learn, with the ability to quickly understand new gaming products, tools, and processes.
•    Team player with analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
•    Understanding of the online casino business is a big advantage, with an interest in gaming products.
•    HTML skills a big plus, with a basic understanding of website content.
