Your Team:

The DevOps team is responsible for supporting, improving and automating CI/CD pipelines, maintaining and evolving the company’s infrastructure, and ensuring smooth deployment and operation of applications in Kubernetes. The team focuses on cloud operations, system reliability, configuration management, centralized logging, and monitoring to ensure stable and scalable environments.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

• Support the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications
• Assist in infrastructure provisioning and automation using Infrastructure as Code tools
• Deploy and operate services in Kubernetes environments, ensuring stability and scalability
• Work with cloud platforms (primarily GCP) for day-to-day operations and maintenance
• Support configuration management for OS and applications to ensure consistency across environments
• Contribute to centralized logging and monitoring systems for better observability
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotation when needed
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and development teams to improve system reliability

Employees may be required to participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring availability outside regular working hours to respond to urgent issues as needed as per the On call policy.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure/Operations roles
• Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform / Ansible is a plus)
• Basic experience with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud)
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals
• Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python
• Familiar with monitoring/logging tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK – nice to have)
• Understanding of basic Change/Release management processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Team player with proactive attitude and good communication skills
