How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Respond to all tickets in the system in a timely manner, ensuring effective follow-up and resolution.
• Escalate issues that fall outside your scope of expertise to Senior Administrators as needed.
• Support employees in maintaining a high level of satisfaction through professional and reliable IT assistance.
• Perform general IT-related tasks, including onboarding new hires, diagnosing and repairing end-user devices, and managing IT support requests.
• Utilize standard corporate tools to document change and problem management activities for tracking and reporting purposes.

Who you are:

• Advanced troubleshooting 
• Knowledge of IT security practices 
• ⁠Proficiency in English and Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Atlassian products (ITSM, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)Administer and manage Intune environments to ensure secure and efficient device management.
• Administer and support Jamf infrastructure for effective Apple device management.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) services, including user access and policy configuration.
• Administer and support Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems across the organization.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Apply strong knowledge of IT security best practices to maintain a secure environment.
• Support and maintain Server and Cloud environments to ensure reliability and performance.
• Demonstrate an automation mindset; basic scripting skills are considered an advantage.
