Your Role:

This role offers exposure to complex, large-scale projects and the opportunity to contribute to QA processes, automation strategies, and quality standards across the organization, while providing a strong environment to learn, develop, and grow as a QA professional.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Follow existing processes, methodologies, and technologies that enhance product quality and all testing initiatives within the company. 
  • Design and implement comprehensive test cases, including manual testing(automation is a plus), to ensure high-quality of software releases. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure clear communication and understanding of testing requirements. 
  • Log bugs and defects, be able to analyze logs to identify their root causes.

Employees may be required to participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring availability outside regular working hours to respond to urgent issues as needed as per the On call policy.

Who you are:

  • At least 2-4 years of quality assurance experience in Agile Development environments. 
  • Thorough understanding of Agile and QA testing methodologies and practices. 
  • Familiarity with software development work management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.). 
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with web-based application testing. 
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, MongoDB). 
  • Experience in multi platform testing - mobile, native applications. 
  • Solid understanding of client-server model, HTTP basics, as well as JSON and XML. 
  • Experience working with version control systems like Git/BitBucket. 
  • Experience with Postman or any of API testing tools. 
  • Experience in testing regulations per jurisdictions. 
  • Experience working with Xray or other test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr). 
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Experience with creating internal guidelines and documentations.
