Your Team:

At Delasport, you’ll work with a diverse and talented group of professionals who are passionate about redefining the iGaming experience. Your team will be dynamic, supportive, and dedicated to driving innovation, ensuring you have the resources and collaboration needed to excel.

Your Role: This is not a designer role. It is a product‑driven UX position focused on shaping player journeys, owning the UX roadmap, and driving KPI‑based decisions. You will apply system thinking, lead discovery and experimentation, and collaborate cross‑functionally to optimize complex iGaming experiences. The emphasis is on UX strategy, logic, and outcomes - not visual design execution.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Drive Product Strategy through UX: Move beyond "user satisfaction" to align UX roadmaps with core business KPIs (eg, Increasing NGR, improving FTD conversion, and reducing churn).
• Logical Architecture & Flow: Prioritize functional logic and system thinking over aesthetics. Map complex iGaming ecosystems to ensure user journeys are frictionless and conversion-optimized.
• Outcome-Based Design: Shift focus from "delivering features" to "solving user friction." Create wireframes and prototypes that serve as hypotheses to be tested against real-world product performance.
• Discovery & Validation: Lead continuous discovery. Instead of just "understanding behavior," identify market gaps and user pain points that represent new product opportunities.
• Data-Informed Iteration: Partner with Product Analysts to interpret funnel data and heatmaps, using these quantitative insights to prioritize the product backlog.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the bridge between Product Management and Engineering, ensuring design specifications are technically feasible and commercially viable.
• Rapid Experimentation: Design for A/B testing. Create variant experiences to scientifically determine which design patterns drive the best player lifetime value (LTV).

Who You Are:

• Product-Minded Strategist: You don't just care about "good design"; you care about why a feature exists and how it moves the needle for the company.
• Analytical Problem Solver: You are comfortable looking at a Fullstory or Google Analytics dashboard to identify where users are dropping off and proposing architectural solutions.
• Agile & Lean Practitioner: You prefer "low-fidelity" speed for validation over "pixel-perfect" stagnation. You understand the "Minimum Viable Experience."
• Business Fluent: You can speak the language of stakeholders discussing conversion rates, technical debt, and ROI just as easily as typography or spacing.
• iGaming Context: Familiarity with the psychological triggers of gaming, such as "near-miss" mechanics, reward loops, and responsible gaming friction.

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
