Your Role:

The Global Procurement Director will be responsible for building and leading the Group’s procurement function, hands on,  from the ground up. This role will define the global procurement strategy, establish processes and policies, and ensure efficient, transparent, and cost‑effective purchasing. The Director will work closely with internal stakeholders, negotiate key international supplier agreements, and oversee procurement for hardware, software, and other critical business services. This position is reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Strategy & Process Development

• Design and implement a global procurement strategy aligned with Group goals.
• Build procurement processes, policies, and governance frameworks from scratch.
• Establish category management, vendor evaluation, and contract lifecycle standards.
• Implement tools, systems, and KPIs to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with leaders across Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, and other departments to understand business needs and ensure alignment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on procurement best practices and cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Facilitate cross‑functional decision‑making and ensure smooth procurement workflows.

Supplier & Contract Management

• Lead negotiations for global (international) contracts covering hardware, software, SaaS, cloud services, and other technology‑related categories.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal.
• Mitigate risks through effective vendor management and compliance oversight.

Operational Leadership

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and value creation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in an IT or technology‑driven company, ideally with global operations.
• Strong track record of setting up procurement processes from scratch.
• Deep expertise in IT procurement, including hardware, software, SaaS, and cloud services.
• Exceptional international negotiation and contract management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.
• MS Office various tools
