Your Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our Casino product organization. This role is suited for someone with strong iGaming experience who can take ownership of casino features across their full lifecycle - from identifying opportunities and shaping solutions, through documentation and delivery, to release and performance evaluation. You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to build and improve casino experiences. You will work on meaningful casino initiatives in a product-led organization, collaborate with experienced cross-functional teams, and have real ownership over features that impact both player experience and business performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Own casino features throughout their lifecycle: identify problems and opportunities, define solutions, document requirements, support delivery, and plan releases.
• Translate business objectives and player needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering during implementation to ensure feasibility, quality, and timely delivery, while helping resolve product-related questions and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to define intuitive player journeys and ensure alignment between functionality and user experience.
• Use data and analytics to evaluate product performance and drive improvements based on player behavior and results.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization, including management, BI, analytics, design, and technical teams, to ensure alignment on priorities and progress.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving player expectations to support product decisions.

Who You Are

• Experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role, preferably within iGaming, online casino, or gamification-driven products.
• Solid understanding of casino mechanics, player engagement, and online gaming product dynamics.
• Strong understanding of native application development and platform-specific considerations is a significant plus.
• Hands-on experience creating PRDs, user stories, and detailed functional specifications.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver features end-to-end, from idea to measurable impact.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable using product metrics to guide prioritization and decisions.
• Proactive, accountable, and execution-focused approach to product work.
