Your Role: 

We are seeking a CRM Manager to join our dynamic team at Delasport, a leading B2B iGaming solutions provider. This role focuses on managing CRM campaigns, optimizing player engagement, and driving customer retention, while supporting affiliate-driven acquisition strategies. Unlike traditional CRM roles, this position does not involve direct people management but requires strong cross-functional collaboration, particularly with the Affiliate Team.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • CRM Campaign Management
    • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging).
    • Segment player databases to deliver personalized communications that drive engagement and retention.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Customer Retention
    • Design and implement retention strategies to increase player lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn.
    • Develop loyalty programs, reactivation campaigns, and personalized offers to keep players engaged.
    • Track retention KPIs (repeat play rate, churn rate, active days per user) and continuously improve.
  • Affiliate Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Affiliate Team to align CRM activities with affiliate-driven acquisition strategies.
    • Support affiliates with tailored CRM initiatives to maximize player retention and loyalty.
    • Provide data-driven feedback to affiliates on campaign effectiveness.
  • Data & Reporting
    • Analyze player behavior and campaign results to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Prepare regular reports on CRM performance, retention KPIs, and affiliate-linked CRM outcomes.
    • Ensure compliance with GDPR and responsible gaming standards.
  • Optimization & Innovation
    • Continuously test and improve CRM workflows, automation, and personalization.
    • Stay updated on CRM tools, technologies, and iGaming industry trends.
    • Suggest innovative approaches to enhance customer journeys and affiliate synergies.

Who You Are: 

  • Proven experience in CRM management within iGaming, sports betting, or digital entertainment industries.
  • Strong understanding of customer retention strategies and affiliate marketing dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Smartico, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, BI dashboards, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally without direct team management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in iGaming (GDPR, responsible gaming).
  • Fluency in English.
