Your Role:

As our Graphic Design Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the visual excellence of our brand and product portfolio. You’ll manage a team of talented graphic designers, ensuring alignment with the company’s creative vision across 3D, motion graphics, and UI/UX. You’ll be responsible for executing high-impact design strategies, maintaining rigorous standards, and integrating cutting-edge technologies - including AI - into the design workflow.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering creativity and accountability.
• Have a vision for designing strategies and deliverables.
• Oversee the production of high-quality visual assets across digital, motion, and 3D formats.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and motion teams to ensure cohesive design of language across platforms.
• Implement AI-driven tools and processes to enhance design efficiency and innovation.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively within the design team.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in a senior graphic design or design management role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic, motion, and 3D design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
• An excellent sense of typography, composition, layout, general design principles and attention to detail
• Relevant experience in designing graphical products
• Knowledgeable about web and mobile, and cross platform standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for visual storytelling and innovation.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working in a fast-paced tech, iGaming, or product-driven environment.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and collaboration with development teams.
