Your Team:

At Delasport, you’ll work with a diverse and talented group of professionals who are passionate about redefining the iGaming experience. Your team will be dynamic, supportive, and dedicated to driving innovation, ensuring you have the resources and collaboration needed to excel.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Monitor and analyze new and existing gambling and gaming legislation, regulatory guidelines, and compliance frameworks across all jurisdictions where the company operates or plans to expand.

• Identify, summarize, and communicate new regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely adaptation and implementation.

• Support the Head of Product and Regulatory Compliance with day-to-day activities, including product compliance tasks and regulatory approvals.

• Assist in drafting and maintaining regulatory documentation, compliance matrices, and internal process updates to ensure alignment with applicable laws and standards.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to ensure that product features, releases, and operational processes fully comply with jurisdictional regulations.

• Provide the Sales team with accurate and up-to-date regulatory information to support market entry evaluations and commercial discussions.

• Contribute to gap analyses, risk assessments, and audit preparations for both existing and potential new markets.

• Support communication and coordination with certification bodies and regulatory authorities, ensuring a professional and compliant representation of the company.

Who You Are:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Law or a related field.

• Have 1–3 years of experience in regulatory, legal, or compliance roles, ideally within the iGaming or another highly regulated industry.

• Possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and a keen interest in emerging gambling regulations.

• Demonstrate excellent research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory texts.

• Able to translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical business actions that drive compliance and operational success.

• Have strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.

• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared compliance goals.
