Your Team:

At Delasport, you’ll work with a diverse and talented group of professionals who are passionate about redefining the iGaming experience. Your team will be dynamic, supportive, and dedicated to driving innovation, ensuring you have the resources and collaboration needed to excel.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Establish a global employer brand identity that showcases Delasport unique character, identity, values, and culture. 
• Establish, maintain, and instill a consistent corporate branding presence using different marketing & other tools.
• Translate our employer value proposition into powerful and creative campaigns to engage existing employees and intrigue & retain potential ones.
• Drive the local employer brand in Bulgaria through local PR, social media engagement, and media partners.
• Design, build and execute a portfolio of employee engagement and recruitment marketing content (videos, ads, etc.) to bring our employer brand to life. 
• Measure, analyze, and report on key performance metrics. 
• Prepare and manage annual budget for the campaigns and events related to Brand management. 
• Conducts marketing research, planning and analysis of Employer branding opportunities – macro-environment, competition, consumer market valuation, product analysis, communication, marketing channels and prices. 
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Who You Are:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in field of Marketing, Economics or Business administration and experience on similar position with similar impact at least 3 years 
• Experience in the industry is a plus
• Excellent command in English – written and spoken. 
• Very good computer literacy and command of the main office programs, especially MS Excel. 
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach to work.
• Тeamwork and collaboration skills 
• Ability to prioritize and organize time and projects. 
• Integrity
