Your Team:

The integration team designs and manages systems that ensure seamless data flow between platforms and services, focusing on efficient API communication and integration. They work closely with both internal teams and B2B clients to deliver tailored, scalable solutions, while maintaining clear documentation and providing ongoing support to address any integration issues. Additionally, they leverage emerging technologies to continuously improve integration processes and ensure system efficiency. 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

The Team Lead Integration Manager is a client-facing position, where project management meets back-end development. While coding experience is not necessary, the Integration Manager is most knowledgeable about API communication, able to independently guide the Client through server-to-server integration. The position has heavy emphasis on organization, coordination between internal and external teams, time management and prioritization of tasks.  Also, as a Team Lead his responsibilities are to manage the team of the IM’s and working closely with the people. Preparing goals, initiatives, working closely with other departments to improve the integration process.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as an Integration Manager or in a similar client-facing integration role, with a strong focus on API integration. 
• Experience as a Team Leader with a minimum of 2 years
• Experience with KAFKA is a plus. 
• Understanding the sports betting industry is beneficial. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a B2B environment. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
