Your Role: 

Casino is growing fast and exponentially in Delasport. We add new integration almost each month. We work with 30+ companies and expand all the time. We’re expanding in different jurisdictions, both already established and newly developing. We come up with unique and innovative features which we build in-house and this person can contribute to the success of both the product and portfolio of the company. 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Define and implement casino vertical strategy (games, live casino, provider promotions) 
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of casino providers 
• Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies accordingly 
• Negotiate deals, work on agreements and manage invoices with suppliers 
• Oversee daily operations of the online casino, ensuring a high-quality gaming experience 
• Analyze KPI performance and report to senior leadership 
• Ensure all casino operations comply with relevant laws and regulations 
• Proactively suggest product enhancements and UX/UI improvements 

Who You Are: 

• 2-4+ years in online casino / iGaming operations/product roles 
• Strong analytical, financial, and data tools proficiency 
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication skills 
• Deep experience with game providers and jurisdictional regulations
