How You’ll Make an Impact:
- People Management – Support team members’ growth, provide regular feedback, handle performance evaluations, and help with career development.
- Code Reviews & Mentorship – Review pull requests, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Task Management & Delivery – Break down tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of frontend features.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Stay updated on frontend trends, introduce new tools/technologies, and optimize workflows for better efficiency.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience leading a frontend team or mentoring developers.
- Strong code review and technical guidance skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, set goals, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, and performance management of frontend engineers.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and pre-processors like SASS/LESS, with a focus on responsive and accessible design.
- Understanding of frontend performance optimization and best practices.
- Familiarity with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Rollup).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets for client-server communication.
- Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest, Cypress, Testing Library, Playwright).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications.
- Familiarity with micro frontend architecture.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and working with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
