Your Team:
As a Partner Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Your role is to nurture relationships, manage day-to-day business requests and small projects, and deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and commercial, onboarding and delivery, product, compliance, and more, to optimize partnerships and drive business growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
- Understand clients’ business needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a primary liaison for your assigned portfolio, ensuring effective and consistent communication.
- Drive account renewals and upsells to maximize revenues and ROI.
- Ensure deliverables are met on time and with excellence.
- Gather all necessary information and requirements to establish a delivery flow for operator stability and production excellence.
- Communicate requirements with the team and ensure smooth execution.
- Be a focal point and create a business schedule with weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
- Track and report key metrics, including performance, revenue, and user engagement, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Address and resolve partner issues or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure client feedback is relayed to relevant teams to improve products and services.
- Be the partner’s voice and representative inside the organization.
Who You Are:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles—preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Familiarity with gaming platforms, sports and/or casino software, and work management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Problem-solving mindset with a hunger to learn and grow.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
