Your Team:

We are looking for a B2B Support Manager to lead and optimize our B2B Operation Support Department. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring timely and high-quality customer support, and implementing company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering excellent service to our business partners.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Organize and manage the B2B Operation Support team, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle complex cases that require managerial decision-making.
  • Oversee customer support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of complaints and escalations.
  • Maintain and improve customer communication channels, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor and enhance team performance by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and optimizing workflows.
  • Manage inactive accounts across all brands.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members.
  • Organize team meetings and ensure employees stay updated on procedures, software updates, and policy changes.
  • Test new promotions to ensure team readiness for implementation.
  • Prepare work schedules, vacation plans, and probation evaluations.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance overall operations.

Who You Are: 

  • Experience of 3+ years in the same or similar role
  • iGaiming is a must or a strong advantage
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with Zendesk and other CRM software tools
    • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal software tools.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and work efficiently under pressure.
    • A proactive approach to process optimization and automation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Communication or a related
  • Language: Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
