How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Drive New Business Initiatives: Play a key role in developing and extending new and existing business solutions, ensuring our systems evolve to meet dynamic challenges.
•  Optimize & Innovate: Continuously improve and optimize our systems, identifying opportunities for better performance and scalability.
•  Solve Complex Problems: Apply critical thinking to resolve technical challenges and shape the best development approaches.
•  Own the Full Development Cycle: Work in an international, cross-functional team with end-to-end responsibility for delivering impactful results.
•  Elevate Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, share feedback, and contribute to maintaining high standards for performance and maintainability.
•  Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with team members to gather requirements, brainstorm solutions, and implement new features that make a difference.
• Write Clean, Scalable Code: Develop high-quality, unit-tested, and well-documented code that stands the test of time.

Who You Are:

• Fluent in English: You can confidently communicate and collaborate in an international environment.
• Java Pro: You bring 3+ years of experience in Java development, with a solid grasp of its core libraries
•  Spring Framework Enthusiast: Basic knowledge of Spring Framework is a plus, helping you navigate modern Java development with ease.
•  Database Savvy: Strong understanding of SQL, ensuring data is stored, retrieved, and optimized effectively.
•  OOP & Design Patterns: You write structured, reusable, and scalable code using object-oriented principles.
•  Problem Solver: You approach challenges with analytical thinking and a drive to find the best solutions.
•  Detail-Oriented: Writing clean, maintainable code isn’t just a skill—it’s your standard.
•  Team Player: Strong communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively, share ideas, and contribute to team success.
•  Continuous Learner: You stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
