Established in 2010, Delasport delivers a one-stop-shop solution of Sports Betting and Online Casino from a White-Label, with a full range of management services to a Plug&Play iFrame and a complete Turnkey. We are looking for the top talents to join our team in R&D centre in Kyiv.

The Engineering Excellence Team is for engineers who build the systems that power everything else. No product tickets. No UI tweaks. No support loops. You’ll create the tools, standards, and frameworks that make every development team faster and stronger.

This is deep technical work with massive impact - shaping architecture, unifying processes, and defining how engineering is done across the company. A place for senior engineers who want to build the backbone, not the features.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and build scalable frontend frameworks, libraries, and tooling that serve as the foundation for all product teams.
• Define and drive frontend architecture standards across the organization, ensuring consistency, performance, and maintainability at scale.
• Create reusable component systems and design system integrations that enable teams to build high-quality UIs faster.
• Develop and maintain shared tooling (e.g. build systems, CLI tools, templates) that streamline development workflows and improve developer experience.
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, accessibility, and performance across all frontend codebases.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify gaps, remove friction, and enable faster, more reliable frontend development.
• Drive initiatives to modernize frontend stacks, improve performance, and unify technologies across teams.
• Act as a technical leader through code reviews, architecture discussions, and hands-on guidance, raising the bar for frontend engineering across the company.
• Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools and approaches that improve scalability, maintainability, and developer productivity.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS 

• 4+ years of professional Front-End Development experience 
• 3+ years working with React, Vue, or Angular 
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and SCSS 
• Solid understanding of core coding principles and architectural best practices 
• A habit of writing clean, well-structured, maintainable code 
• Experience with unit testing is a strong plus 
• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to contribute beyond your tasks 
• Comfortable communicating in English in a fast-paced, global environment
