Established in 2010, Delasport delivers a one-stop-shop solution of Sports Betting and Online Casino from a White-Label, with a full range of management services to a Plug&Play iFrame and a complete Turnkey. We are looking for the top talents to join our team in R&D centre in Kyiv.

The Product Launch team is built for people who don’t just maintain systems but create them. We’re looking for a Product Designer to shape player journeys, design fast prototypes, validate ideas, and influence product direction from day one.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Define UX direction for brand-new products and early-stage features.
• Architect clear, conversion-driven player flows across sportsbook and casino journeys.
• Create wireframes and prototypes for rapid validation and KPI-driven decisions.
• Lead discovery: identify user friction, market gaps, and new product opportunities.
• Use data (funnels, heatmaps, behavior) to guide prioritization and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Product Analysts.
• Design A/B test variants and optimize LTV, engagement, and conversion.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Senior-level UX/UI Designer with 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Strong iGaming background and understanding of player psychology.
• Product-driven UX mindset focused on outcomes, not aesthetics.
• Skilled in analyzing user behavior and proposing structural improvements.
• Fast, lean, iterative approach to prototyping and validation.
• Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
