Team Lead (Front-end team)

Delasport is an iGaming Software company providing Sports Betting & Online Casino software, and turnkey B2B solutions. Established in 2010, Delasport delivers a one-stop-shop solution of Sports Betting and Online Casino from a White-Label, with a full range of management services to a Plug&Play iFrame and a complete Turnkey. We are looking for the top talents to join our team in R&D centre in Kyiv.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead frontend development and mentor team members
- Design and implement new features and modernize legacy components using Vue.js
- Improve code quality, maintainability, and performance through clean code practices and reviews
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to plan and deliver features
- Define and uphold coding standards, tooling, and architectural decisions
- Participate in SCRUM activities, including daily stand-ups, planning meetings, and code reviews
- Participate in decisions for picking tools or applying code conventions
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- 6+ years in Frontend Development
- 3+ years of experience with Vue.js
- Strong knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, SCSS
- Good understanding of coding principles
- Habits of writing clean code
- Experience in writing tests
- Proactive and self-motivated person
- English level sufficient for interacting in a multinational team
