Technical Delivery Manager

Defuse Labs is building programmable, intent-based infrastructure on NEAR Protocol — making blockchain interactions smoother, smarter, and more composable. 

We’re now looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to accelerate execution across projects, partner integrations, and cross-team initiatives. This role is about making things happen: ensuring technical projects are delivered on time, partner integrations run smoothly, and internal teams are fully aligned.

You’ll:

• Project Delivery: Own delivery pipelines across multiple engineering streams; track progress, identify risks, and keep projects moving toward milestones.
• Integrations: Coordinate and manage technical integrations with partners, customers, and ecosystem teams along with Partner Engineer and TPM.
• Reliability Management: be responsible for SLI/SLOs, incident communication and postmortems, drive alignment on risk tolerance across the company.
• Execution Focus: Build and maintain delivery dashboards, timelines, and communication cadences for stakeholders.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Ensure engineering, product, and external partners stay aligned through clear processes and structured follow-ups.
• Process & Tools: Introduce lightweight delivery tools, reporting, and frameworks that help engineering scale efficiently. Create a dynamic and accountable performance environment, establishing and following the minimal necessary processes, like technical roadmaps, milestones, regular team meetings;
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular delivery updates to leadership and external partners; highlight risks early and propose solutions.

You have:

• 5+ years in technical delivery, program management, or partner integrations roles.
• Experience managing technical integrations between products, platforms, or APIs.
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles, preferably in Web3, fintech, or cloud infra.
• Solid understanding of systems architecture design; Message based, and event based, programming and architecture;
• Strong organizational and execution skills — ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical updates into clear business impact.
  Calm, structured approach under pressure; solutions-oriented mindset.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, especially Ethereum;
• Previous coding experience, in either Typescript, Rust, Go, or Solidity;
• Contributions to open-source software.
