  • Deploy, manage, and monitor Java, C++, and Python trading and data systems.

  • Support daily trading operations, clearing workflows, and real-time risk/position monitoring.

  • Build system automation, monitoring, and operational tooling (Python, Bash, SQL).

  • Maintain and tune low-latency Linux environments and networking stacks.

  • Implement firm-wide security controls across servers, networks, and user endpoints.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex production issues in live trading environments.

Requirements

  • STRONGLY DESIRED: Direct experience working in an HFT, systematic trading, or low-latency trading environment.

  • Strong security experience across networks, servers, and user endpoints (patching, access control, hardening, auditing, monitoring).
  • 5+ years DevOps/SRE/Systems Engineering experience.

  • Strong Linux, networking, and performance tuning skills.

  • Production experience with Java, C++, Python, Bash, and SQL.

  • Experience with both cloud (AWS) and colocated servers.

  • Knowledge of trading systems, market data, and post-trade processes.

  • Experience with monitoring/logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

Desirable

  • Experience with futures & options lifecycle (rolls, expiries, margining).

  • FIX protocol and market gateway exposure.

  • CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, or low-latency hardware tuning.
