Marketing Associate

About The role  
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of data driven marketing initiatives focussed on sales pipeline, growth and lead generation. 

This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early career professional eager to develop their skills in a dynamic innovation-driven business environment. 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce and will be committed to aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives.  This role will offer the opportunity to gain experience of demand generation including the planning, execution and refinenement of campaigns that will impact pipeline growth and customer acquisition. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns targeting technical audiences. 

• Support content creation for digital platforms, including website, email newsletters, and social media. 

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions. 

• Coordinate with Technical and  teams to translate technical features into customer benefits. 

• Help organize trade shows, webinars, and industry events. 

• Maintain and update CRM systems and marketing databases. 

• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. 

 

Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience  

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 

• Strong interest in technology, engineering, design or industrial sectors. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot). 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 

Desirable: 

• Internship or project experience in a technical or B2B environment. 

• Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, or content marketing.
