Our Product Ops team is looking for a Junior Communication Project Manager (f/m/d) - Apprenticeship based in Lille

As part of the Product Center of Excellence (CoE), our Product Ops team is the engine that streamlines Decathlon's Digital Product Excellence. Made up of passionate experts, our mission is to optimize the operational efficiency of the Product Management, Digital Design, and Product Marketing teams. Your impact? Creating connections, simplifying knowledge sharing, and promoting the product culture to more than 700 product people. Your challenge will be to transform dense information into engaging and structured communication to help our teams perform together.

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

As a Junior Communication Project Manager intern, you will be the pivot for our community's internal communication. Your missions will focus on three major pillars:

  • Monthly Communication Strategy: You will be responsible for designing and sending our monthly newsletter. In direct contact with the "Collective Ops" and our ambassadors, you will identify key news and events not to be missed to engage our 700+ recipients.

  • Knowledge Management (Digital Product Hub): You will ensure the update and evolution of our internal website. Your role will be to guarantee that all product
    documentation is referenced, accessible, and intuitively structured via our CMS tools.

  • Community Animation (Product Breakfasts): You will be the orchestrator of our rituals. From validating the agenda with speakers to logistics (venues, breakfast), you will create special exchange moments for the teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

To succeed in this role, we are looking for a future teammate with the following profile:

  • Master’s degree student (Communication, Marketing, or Digital Project Management).
  • Excellent writing skills in French, with the ability to summarize technical topics in an attractive way.
  • A first experience or a strong interest in content management via CMS tools.
  • Professional level of English (international context and global team).
  • Curiosity for the Digital Product world and a taste for event planning.

TECHNICAL STACK

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Sites).
  • Use of Emailing tools (for managing and sending newsletters).
