Your Mission : Senior Digital Project Manager

As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will be the orchestrator of complex, cross-functional infrastructure projects at the heart of our Cloud strategy. You will play a key role in building and evolving our technical foundations, ensuring alignment between business needs and the solutions implemented. Your mission is to deliver critical projects from design to production, adopting a resolutely agile approach.

Your taste for a challenge will be essential to navigate a rich, evolving, and international technical ecosystem. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to deployment and post-implementation support. This includes managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks, while ensuring seamless coordination across different teams and stakeholders.

 

What You'll Do

  • End-to-End Project Management: You will frame, plan, execute, and deliver cross-functional infrastructure projects (network, security, system, virtualization, public/private Cloud foundations) while respecting deadlines, budget, and expected quality.
  • Agile Management: You will facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure the follow-up of sprints and backlogs. You will be responsible for the correct use of Jira and Confluence to ensure fluid communication.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: You will interact daily with a multitude of technical teams (Architects, DevOps Engineers, Product Owners, Product Managers, Security, Network, Data) and non-technical teams (Purchasing, Legal) in an international context.
  • Technical Complexity Management: You will have a deep understanding of the challenges of a hybrid and evolving infrastructure to anticipate dependencies, identify technical risks, and propose effective mitigation plans.
  • Communication and Reporting: You will ensure clear and transparent communication on project progress to various stakeholders, including top management. You will create and maintain rigorous project documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement: You will actively contribute to the improvement of our project management processes and be a source of proposals for technical and organizational optimizations.

Who You Are

You are the ideal candidate if you combine technical expertise with leadership, and you thrive in dynamic environments.

  • Proven Experience: You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project management, with a significant part of it on large-scale infrastructure projects. You have confirmed experience in infrastructure, cloud, and a mastery of tools like Jira.
  • Agile Expert: You have a perfect command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Solid Technical Foundations: You have a very good understanding of modern infrastructure concepts, significant experience with at least one major Cloud provider (AWS, GCP), and solid knowledge of networks, systems, and virtualization. A sensitivity to DevOps/SecOps and FinOps practices is a plus.
  • Leadership and Relational Intelligence: You have excellent skills in communicating, negotiating, and uniting multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. You know how to create a climate of trust and collaboration.
  • International Context: Fluent English is essential, both spoken and written, to evolve in our global teams.
  • Personal Qualities: You are stimulated by complexity, know how to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving technical and organizational environment, are structured and capable of managing several projects in parallel without losing sight of details. You are proactive and autonomous.
