Governance & Risk Manager ​​(f/m/d) - Customer Growth

The Customer Growth security team is looking for a Governance & Risk Analyst.

 

Your responsibilities

 

• Support the security foundations framework ensuring adherence to the established rules.
• Provide insights to the leadership team through dashboards on the risk and compliance level of the Business Unit.
• Emphasizing our activities (managing millions of customers’ data and fraud-sensitive processes), you will perform and maintain the overall risk assessment of the business unit.
• Perform the risk assessment of the most critical products and track the remediation plan.
• Drive the DRP plan (doc and dry-run) of the most critical products.
• Feed the threat modeling approach in the product teams with the identified risks and threat intelligence provided to us.
• Stay at the forefront of cybersecurity trends and developments, continually expanding your knowledge and skills to adapt to evolving threats and technologies. We invest a lot in continuous skills development.

 

What You Need to be Successful

 

• We are looking for a passionate Risk and Governance professional with 4+ years of experience in fast-moving and innovative digital environments.
  
  
• You have strong experience in risk assessment and risk management (preferably ISO 27005 certified)
  
  
• You have experience with the common cybersecurity frameworks.
  
  
• You have previous experience working with teams operating with a product management approach.
  
  
• Reporting to the Information Security Officer, you want to be the Governance lead and Risk Manager of the Business Unit.
  
  
• You like to work with software engineers and cloud engineers even if their roles and skill sets are quite different from yours. This diversity in day-to-day interactions is even something you are looking for.
  
  
• You enjoy working in a distributed team and with international colleagues present in several cities across several countries.
  
  
• You have the confidence and the communication skills to talk as much as to the Product VP and Engineering VP.
  
  
• You have full professional proficiency in English.
  
  
• You have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
  
  
• Excellent corporate IT skills (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Drive, dashboarding tools).
  
  
• You are passionate about sports and you want to share your passion with a team of passionate people.

• This role is embedded in the business unit however it reports to the security function up to the CISO.
• A risk team also exists in the central security department. Joint activities will often occur.
