THE VALUE CHAIN - PRICING , REFERENCING , INVENTORY, SUPPLY & MERCHANDISING (PRISM) IS FOR YOU!

At Decathlon, "Playing as a team" is part of our DNA: we only win together if we are a united and committed team. That's why, just like in a sports competition, we encourage every teammate to DARE and take on responsibilities in their daily work.

The right to make mistakes is part of the game—it allows us to grow and evolve together.

Our PRISM digital domain's mission is to optimize our entire global supply chain to guarantee the availability of our products at the best price. 🎯 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role is structured around 4 major pillars:

  • SAP Functional Design & Architecture: You challenge, define, and validate the functional design of pricing within SAP S/4HANA. Your goal is to stick as closely as possible to SAP Best Practices, simplify and harmonize processes where opportunities for simplification are identified, and strictly limit custom developments .

You ensure the functional quality of the financial data exposed to the Data Lake.
  • End-to-End Delivery Management & Alignment: You simplify complex technical and pricing concepts to align all stakeholders. You define the end-to-end (E2E) testing strategy, coordinate functional acceptance testing phases, and secure critical data migration and cutover steps during international deployments.

  • Bilingual "Business / Tech" Communication: Proven ability to popularize complex pricing concepts, translating a business need into clear functional specifications for developers/integrators, and vice versa.
  • Analytical Rigor & Managing Ambiguity: Ability to understand complex industrial financial flows and structure them in a logical and mapped-out manner.
  • Team Spirit & Negotiation: Ability to arbitrate priorities and align stakeholders with sometimes diverging interests (Production, Retail, Finance).
