Responsibilities 

 

  • Drive Da Vinci’s financial strategy in alignment with ambitious growth and efficiency goals
  • Lead and mentor the Finance team with a hands-on, high-accountability leadership style
  • Oversee and continuously improve accounting and tax, and control frameworks across jurisdictions
  • Financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
  • Design and deliver robust annual budgets, scenario models, and long-term financial forecasts
  • Optimize cash flows, capital allocation, and treasury operations
  • Lead finance-related system implementations and automation projects (ERP, dashboards, etc.)
  • Ensure investor and stakeholder confidence through transparent and timely reporting
  • Act as a key sparring partner to the Board and become a core member of the leadership team

 

Requirements

  • Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience, preferably in tech, trading, or scale-up environments
  • Expertise in tax and international structuring
  • Deep understanding of accounting standards, audit processes, and regulatory frameworks
  • Organized with track record of process optimization and finance team scaling
  • Strong affinity for finance automation, systems (NetSuite experience preferred), and data-driven decision-making
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action, ownership, and delivery under pressure
  • Excellent communicator with fluency in English and Dutch
  • Chartered Accountant (RA/CPA/ACCA) or equivalent certification preferred
