About the Role 

Datavations is seeking a driven Customer Solutions Manager to join our dynamic team.  In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, working closely with the Sales team to nurture and strengthen relationships.  Your focus will be on understanding our clients' business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and demonstrating the tangible value of Datavations' solutions.

Responsibilities & skills 

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop account strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Deeply understand customer challenges, quantifying the costs, consequences, and benefits of potential solutions
  • Articulate the value proposition of Datavations' offerings to key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for customer management

Experience 

  • 3+ years in a customer management and data analytics role
  • Experience scaling data and driving adoption throughout large enterprises
  • Ability to articulate the application of alternative data
  • Retail/e-commerce, market research, startup, or analytical experience 
  • Working with retail or consumer data (Nielsen, Circana, Numerator, 1010, etc.)
  • Data storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Driving actionable insights from alternative data sources

Preferred Locations: NY

 

Compensation 

The base salary average range for this role is $95k - $105k per year, depending on experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities. This range reflects our current expectations for a qualified candidate nationally, but we’re open to discussing the compensation range further for exceptional candidates working from our NYC office. Total compensation may also include equity, performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
