About the Role 

Datavations is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join our dynamic team.  In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our strategic customers, working closely with the Sales team to nurture and strengthen relationships.  Your focus will be on understanding our clients' business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and demonstrating the tangible value of Datavations' solutions.

Responsibilities & skills 

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop account strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Deeply understand customer challenges, quantifying the costs, consequences, and benefits of potential solutions
  • Articulate the value proposition of Datavations' offerings to key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for customer management
  • (Future Growth) Lead and mentor a team of Customer Solutions Managers

Experience 

  • 5+ years in a customer management and data analytics role
  • Experience scaling data and driving adoption throughout large enterprises
  • Proficient in articulating the application of alternative data 
  • Retail/e-commerce, market research, startup, or analytical experience 
  • Working with retail or consumer data (Nielsen, Circana, Numerator, 1010, etc.)
  • Data storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Driving actionable insights from alternative data sources

Preferred Locations: NY and Chicago
