We are looking for an individual with high operational command of prospecting and understanding of pipeline generation. The best fit will be someone who is detail-oriented, has a creative mindset, a high proficiency with written communication and a good understanding of SDR/Marketing/Sales collaboration and tools. 

You will own the SDR Content and Campaigns Execution Plan for AMS, as guided by Darktrace leaders across Sales, Marketing and our SDR Academy departments.

Responsibilities

SDR CAMPAIGNS EXECUTION LIAISON

• Be the single liaison for cross-functional teams to collaborate on SDR campaign and execution

• Collaborate with revenue marketing, field marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, sales, revenue operations and SDR leaders on campaign requests

• Manage the SDR outbound campaign calendar, prioritization of campaigns and updates to stakeholders

• Partner with the SDR Leadership team on alignment and deliverables

• Work closely with the SDR Ops Analysts to ensure campaigns and messaging are targeted at the right personas/accounts and track results on campaign conversion

• Ensure follow up content for all marketing campaign themes are available and up to date

• Work with marketing teams on content creation for new programs

SDR CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE ACCELERATION

• Run A-B testing on Salesloft cadences across our entire SDR content library to track and improve open, click and reply rates

• Analyse Salesloft sentiment data to fine-tune cadences for the highest positive response rate and lowest negative/unsubscribe rate

• Update key stakeholders on messaging insights, campaign and content performance, and results

SDR CONTENT STRATEGIST

• Responsible for the entire SDR Salesloft library and content strategy for their respective geo (including all outbound and inbound use-cases)

• Create cadences, templates and snippets following best-practices while ensuring high conversion rates and low unsubscribes

• Audit content to ensure messaging, links and attachments are up-to-date and relevant

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to add additional content

• Define content for objection handling, competitive nuggets, vertical references, etc

Required Experience

• Tools Experience: Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, ReachDesk

• Two + years of successful SDR experience 

• Content writer, Outreach/Salesloft administration, project management

• SDR Manager experience (nice to have)
