We are growing our Global Partner Marketing team and are hiring an EMEA leader that will also have direct responsibility for marketing with key partners. The Senior Manager, EMEA Partner Marketing will play a crucial role as a leader with both player + coach responsibility in the marketing organization at Darktrace.

This position is London with expected attendance of 2 days a week. Travel expectation is 20%.

What You Will Do to Drive Impact

In this role, you will develop the EMEA partner marketing strategy that supports the GTM team at Darktrace and oversee execution. You will have direct responsibility for partner marketing strategy and plan with a key set of partners while overseeing the broader team. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive incremental growth. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop an EMEA partner marketing plan that supports the priorities of the global partner organization that delivers quarterly results across awareness, activation and demand generation,
  • Partner Engagement: Put your creativity to the test with new ways to engage with partners and deliver high partner engagement,
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across all functions internally and externally to collaborate and contribute to accelerated growth,
  • Performance Analysis: Develop and implement KPIs to track and report monthly on impact and pipeline generation, MDF utilization and identify action plans for areas of improvement.

What experience do I need:

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in partner marketing with a strong business acumen and experience in building marketing strategy to achieve business goals.  You'll also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field,
  • Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills, 
  • A data- driven mindset with experience reporting and performance tracking,
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
