We’re looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Global Payroll Controller & Bookkeeper to join our finance team and support our global operations across the US, EMEA, and APAC. This is a hands-on role with wide exposure to all aspects of the company’s financial activity.
What You Will Do:

Manage Accounts Payable: onboard new vendors, register invoices, track AP aging, and run payment cycles.

Handle Accounts Receivable: issue invoices, process sales orders, manage collections, and maintain AR records.

Oversee bank and credit card transactions (including MESH): register, match, and reconcile.

Prepare monthly cut-off reports: accruals, prepayments, amortizations, fixed assets, and intercompany reconciliations.

Manage payroll reporting across regions: TriNet (USA), Mazars (EMEA), and Papaya Global (APAC).

Process and analyze expenses and reimbursements via Expensify and C-Expense (CombTas).

Support audits, reporting, and compliance with a hands-on, cross-functional approach.
What You Will Have:

Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll controlling in a global environment.

Strong understanding of multi-country payroll operations and related tools.

Hands-on knowledge of Priority, NetSuite, Salesforce, TriNet, Papaya, BobHR, and advanced Excel skills.

Attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work independently and proactively.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
