DESCRIPTION
- As a Tier 3 Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with our development and product teams, and enhancing our cybersecurity solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and system integrity.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex cybersecurity issues across our platform.
- Customer Interaction: Engage directly with clients to understand their challenges, provide solutions, and enhance their experience with our products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Tier 2 support teams, as well as development, research, and product teams, to address and resolve issues efficiently.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and their resolutions to aid in knowledge sharing and future problem-solving.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze recurring issues and work with the product team to implement improvements that enhance system performance and security.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior team members to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable support environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 3-4 years in a technical support role, ideally within a cybersecurity environment that can see the big picture
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDPS), and SIEM platforms.
