Account Executive – Hong Kong

Cymulate is looking for a highly driven and experienced Account Executive to drive new business and expand our footprint in the Hong Kong market. This role is pivotal in accelerating our growth in the region, with a particular focus on mid-market and enterprise accounts across key industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, and Government.

We are seeking a professional with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, who can navigate the local business environment, leverage existing industry relationships, and work closely with our regional channel partners to drive success.

What You Will Do:

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts in HK.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and pipeline growth within the defined APJ territory.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key channel partners in the region, conduct account mapping, and participate in local industry events and field marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and grow customer trust by ensuring smooth renewals and ongoing account management.
  • Drive sales processes end-to-end: from prospecting and lead discovery to demos, deal negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan that aligns with regional market dynamics, collaborating with marketing, channel partners, and Sales Engineers.
  • Keep Salesforce and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach) updated with accurate opportunity tracking and account insights.

What You Will Have:

  • 7-10+ years of cybersecurity sales experience, with a proven ability to sell into mid-market and enterprise organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity market, including key players and technologies such as EDR, SIEM, NGFW, and others.
  • Demonstrated ability to run successful sales campaigns, including prospecting and new logo acquisition.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas within cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS solutions.
  • Existing relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, CTOs) within target verticals such as Financial Services, Government, and Healthcare.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a hunter mentality.
  • Self-motivated team player who operates with integrity and a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and modern sales engagement tools.
