What does the team do?

The Cymulate IT team and join our journey at the forefront of technological cybersecurity innovation! As a crucial backbone of our organization, the our passionate and patient IT department plays a pivotal role to every department, ensuring seamless operations, maintaining robust cybersecurity measures and implementing the latest software advancements.

What you have?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related field
• Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 cloud environments
• Experience of troubleshooting issues with Mac and Windows laptops, and mobile devices
• Knowledge of network infrastructure including Firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs
• Knowledge of working with Jira and Confluence – Advantage
